Strong Interest Inventory® 244

Guides individuals in the exploration of their interests to find their career path.

Still based on John Holland’s RIASIC model theory, the new Strong Interest Inventory 244 assessment is a shortened version of its popular predecessor, the Strong Interest Inventory.

Powered by the Strong Interest Inventory 244, the Career Satisfaction Report gives career guidance professionals a powerful tool to help individuals explore potential academic and career pathways. This report is gender-neutral, and the Strong 244 doesn’t require a response to the gender demographic item or use gender in the scoring or interpreting of results.   The report further provides an individual’s similarity scores for the expanded set of 243 occupations.   A new feature this report also includes is scores related to academic majors, predicting satisfaction scores for 33 majors, giving students valuable information to explore potential academic and career pathways. What remains the same? The Career Satisfaction Report still includes the respondent’s General Occupational Themes, 32 Basic Interest Scales, and Personal Styles Scales.
