The Sensory Workstyle Assessment Profile (SWAP™) focuses on holistic, yet individualised employee wellbeing and performance strategies, as well as environmental adaptations. Our sensory workstyles clarify how we work, where we work best, and with whom. It also empowers us to either calm or activate ourselves, according to what we need on the day.
The SWAP™ is an empowering and science-backed tool for a futureproof workforce despite outdated sensory systems. Awareness and management of sensory styles represent a custom-fit and highly specialised employee regulation and activation programme, irrespective of where we work from. This learning programme will introduce you to the SWAP™ and show you how to practically interpret and implement the assessment.
