Dealing with difficult people

In our daily lives, it is inevitable that we will encounter unreasonable or difficult people. As a manager, it is important to handle these interactions with tact and with the aid of emotional intelligence.

Rob provides methods for dealing with difficult people and how to identify if you are in fact a difficult person.
