As part of JvR Psychometrics’ commitment to providing clients with continuously updated assessment tools, updated norms for the South African English version of the 16PF have just been launched. In collaboration with OPP, the international publishers of the 16PF, three new South African norm tables have been created. Changes to the new norms include a substantially larger working adult norm, comprising 1810 respondents. Additionally, separate norms for Black and White working adults have been generated which will provide practitioners with further norming and scoring options. A supplement document containing the new norm tables, along with information about the demographic composition of the samples, is linked below.
