What would it mean for you to be MBTI® certified?

You could give feedback to your clients using the most widely used personality inventory in history.
You could help your clients ‘talk type’ laying the groundwork for the following:

  • Enhance interpersonal communication
  • Conduct leadership development
  • Improve interpersonal relationships
  • Constructively deal with conflict
  • Provide career and personal counselling

Many would jump at the opportunity to get certified, but it is usually the cost and the travel combined that prevents them from doing so. This August you have an opportunity to get certified in Nairobi – no international travel required!

By bringing this event to your doorstep, we are trying to make it easier for you to access this world class assessment. Getting yourself certified is ultimately an investment in yourself allowing you to offer your own clients more value.

More than two million people complete MBTI® Questionnaires annually in the US alone. Over 50 years of research and use support the MBTI® instrument’s reliability as a useful tool for management and human resource development, career and personal counselling, team-building and improving communication.

The MBTI® certification training is a four day, highly interactive event, which includes all course materials, lunches and refreshments. You will learn how to use the MBTI® with individuals and teams, and how to integrate the instrument and type into your work setting. You will also have an opportunity to complete the instrument and get feedback as part of your training.
