We are excited to announce the launch of the new, updated version of Matrigma on JvR Online. This will now be linked directly with Assessio’s portal, which will improve response times and progressively allow more options to users and clients. The new form of the Matrigma contains the same content, has the same time limits and provides the same Interpretive report. However, there are some minor changes you do need to take note of:
- The Interpretive Report is only for YOUR use. When providing feedback to a client or participant, you are able to download a generic "Your Results" report from the JvR Online Resource centre. There is a separate report each for Low, Average, and High scores. This document will provide the client with an explanation of results, but will not contain their specific score.
- The Matrigma will still be available through Hogan; however there will be a price difference as we are now sourcing the Matrigma directly from Assessio and were able to negotiate a cheaper price. Please email info@jvrafrica.co.zafor updated prices.
- The norms used are based on the same norm group, but there has been a slight adjustment to the method of calculation, resulting in the possibility of slightly different (maximum one C-score down) result for some raw scores.
- The Matrigma™ is now accessible on mobile devices.
NB: If you are currently working on a project comparing individuals, the current Matrigma™ (HALO existing version) is still available on your platform and we recommend that you continue using that before moving over to the new Matrigma™.
New SA norms data collection:
We will be collecting data for new SA norms on the new platform. Assessio have kindly made 500 free reports available for this purpose. If you are assessing South Africans and are interested in taking advantage of this opportunity to assist with research, please email clientservices@jvrafrica.co.za for more details on the project.
