One Day Workshop

Stress And Lifestyle Balance

Information

Presented by:

Overview

Stress is nothing new to anyone. It has been around since the dawn of man and we have to admit that we probably owe our survival as a species to our stress response. Having said this is all good and well, but our 21st century lives have changed so much that our natural stress response sometimes ends up hurting us instead of protecting us. Between demanding bosses, pressing deadlines, or mind-numbing monotony, the working world is full of demands. When it comes to stress we cannot rely on our natural programming, we have to find ways to manage our challenges proactively or risk the consequences. In this course you will learn how to effectively cope with your stressors and build lifestyle balance.
