The Influencial Leader As Mentor

Presented by:

This session continues to explore the importance to develop your influence in order to become a successful leader in your workplace, society and family. We focus on the importance of the leader’s role and responsibilities as a mentor to develop the people around him/her, through a caring yet constructive approach. The theory for becoming a mentor through developing your influence is based on the book by John C. Maxwell: Becoming a Person of Influence. Practical ideas to become an influential leader and mentor are shared from several South African and African examples.
